Here’s cheers to the Sunshine Walk
Beer DeLuxe has teamed up with Bridge Road Brewers to develop a special “pink” beer to raise funds for the Sunshine Walk.
Two dollars from every litre sold of the “Sunshine XPA” will be donated to the walk, in support of the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre Trust Fund.
About 2500 litres will be made and mixed with hibiscus to turn it a hue synonymous with cancer awareness.
It will be sold through Beer DeLuxe’s five locations – Fed Square, Hawthorn, T2, Sydney and Albury – from October 1.
The Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre Trust Fund is proud to be the beneficiary of this special collaboration between Beer DeLuxe and Bridge Road Brewers.
“Beer Deluxe has some really exciting plans to fundraise as part of the Sunshine Walk,” Trust Fund Manager, Kristy McMahon, said.
“They are passionate about supporting families in our region impacted by cancer and are rallying not only their own staff, but also their patrons and the wider community, to get involved.
“We thank them and the incredible team from Bridge Road Brewers for coming together to create something unique that raises funds and awareness for our cause.”
In addition to the Sunshine XPA, Beer DeLuxe Albury will also host a Sunshine Walk cocktail party in the Crown Lounge at 7pm on Friday, October 4.
Tickets are $25 per person which include a drink on arrival, canapes and lucky door prizes.
Liam Dalby will be providing the entertainment for the evening; you can purchase your tickets from in venue at Beer DeLuxe.
